Any suggestions on modification if you are loyal to team fudgey?
I’m posting my favourite fudge brownie recipe this week too! They can be made with the bay leaf brown butter. Just need to take a better photo

Weirdly also leaning towards cakey these days. I’d rather just eat dark chocolate if it’s fudgey.
Are the bay leaves fresh or dried?
I am about to make them with fresh bay leaves from my bay trees - will let you know how they turn out!
