I used my dariole moulds https://www.meilleurduchef.com/en/shop/baking-supplies/cake-mould/dariole-moulds/mfr-round-dariole-baba-mould-exoglass-5-cm-x-6.html - but you can use plain drinking glasses, silicone moulds.. whatever you have on hand:)

Silver gelatine weigh more - 2,5g and have a lower bloom. So just use the same amount of sheets :)
